Field Services Representative – Home Inspector
We refer to this position as “runner.” It’s a physically active role in the daily operation of vacation home management. Must reside in the East Valley area of Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for former/retired home inspectors.
Applicant must have
- reliable transportation
- valid Arizona driver’s license
- approved background check
- a smartphone
- ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
- willingness to work weekends and non-major holidays
- minimum 5 years of experience in professional home maintenance
- supreme attention to detail
Job description
Drive to homes between guests. Check homes for maintenance issues, stock supplies, and perform light maintenance/repairs as needed. Can also involve some design and setting up homes to rent. Some responsibilities include:
- replace propane tanks at grills and fire pits
- haul excess garbage away
- perform maintenance checks
- stock home with items for guests
- check internet and TV function; troubleshoot
- clean outside areas, around pools and patios
- check pools; adjust pool heater/filter schedules and maintenance
- address in-house guests’ questions and concerns as needed
- audit vacation homes against our standard list for each home and prepare a shopping list
- shop in store or online for home items
- stage the items to rent-ready condition
- work with the owner and our team to upgrade and improve decor for existing and start-up home projects
Maintenance Specialist
Light maintenance of homes as well as setting up electronics and troubleshooting internet and TV issues. Must reside in the East Valley area of Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for a former/retired maintenance professional.

- present well to guests and homeowners
- ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
- willingness to work weekends and non-major holidays
- minimum 5 years of experience in professional home maintenance

Job description

- replace light bulbs
- adjust/replace ceiling fans
- drywall patches and small paint jobs
- address in-house guests’ questions and concerns as needed
- install electronic locks and other guest amenities
Reservations Specialist
This is a work-from-home position. Must reside in the East Valley area of Phoenix.
Applicant must have
- reliable internet and computer
- a smartphone
- approved background check
- minimum 5 years working in the hospitality industry in customer service or higher level
- excellent spelling and grammar skills
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- availability to work at least 2 weekends per month and some evenings
- willingness to work non-major holidays
Job description
Handle guest, owner, vendor, and field employee communication. Answer questions relating to reservations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate all other vacation home rental activities. Some responsibilities include:
- using our web-based software system to respond to inquiries
- being proficient in simple math using a calculator
- using word processing and spreadsheets
- possessing excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- having a pleasant and patient demeanor on the phone and in writing
Housekeeper
This is an on-site position. Must be located in the greater Phoenix area, East Valley preferred.
Applicant must have
- a smartphone
- approved background check
- reliable transportation
- a valid Arizona driver’s license
- minimum 5 years working in the cleaning industry, preferably in vacation/short-term rentals
- availability to work weekends
- willingness to work non-major holidays
Job description
Thoroughly clean and organize vacation homes. This is a more detailed clean than a typical residential clean. Some responsibilities include:
- inspect and launder sheets, towels, and any other items for guest use
- clean inside and outside of all appliances and cabinets
- thoroughly clean and sanitize all rooms and surfaces
- vacuum and mop all floors
- make beds with precision and consistency
- clean garages
- wash walls and clean windows
- dispose of left-behind food items
- check for dirty dishes in cabinets and wash
- remove garbage from property
- spot clean carpets
- hospitality folds on towels, tissues, and toilet paper rolls
- report any damaged items to the office with photos
- make the vacation home look like a model home
