Exquisite views of mountains, golf, lakes and sunsets from the back patio create a picture perfect setting and are just the beginning of the amenities that will tempt you. This condo is a 2 BR, 2 BA ground floor unit with no stairs. There is a one car, attached garage for your vehicle and recreational gear. Additional open parking is near the community center. ~ STYLISH SOUTHWEST SPACES ~ Open and spacious floor plan with tasteful southwest décor and pretty tile floors offers stylish living for a family or couples. Family room is arranged to enjoy stunning views of the beautiful outdoors or favorite shows on the large TV. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary. The great room has access to the patio with an electric grill. Fully stocked kitchen opens into dining area and family room to ensure everyone is included in the conversation and fun. New upgrades to the kitchen in late 2018 include stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is designed to make the cook happy with plenty of serving space for the delectable, home-cooked feast when it's ready. Both Keurig and drip coffee machines are supplied. The dining area with bar and table seating is perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The dining buffet has martini and margarita glasses for serving your favorite cocktails. ~ MAGICAL SLEEPING ~ Large, attractive primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk in closet and doors to the private patio with lovely views. The primary bathroom features a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a newly added smart TV for streaming and a bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The second bathroom can be accessed from the entrance area and the second bedroom. Laundry tasks are quick and easy with in-unit, front loading washer and dryer. Detergent is supplied. Highchairs and Pack N Plays are available to rent. ~ LUCKY FIND ~ A heated community pool and spa are nearby for refreshing dips and soothing relaxation. This popular waterfront resort community is within walking distance to casual and fine dining restaurants, a Fry's Food and Drug, a Harkins 25 Screen theater and a Starbucks. Superstition Springs Shopping Mall and numerous other shopping experiences are a 5 minute or less drive. Red Mountain Fitness Center, an 8 minute drive, has an exciting weight room and lots of drop-in group fitness classes as well as drop in basketball and an indoor rock climbing wall. A short drive away is the best of Mesa: many public golf choices, the Mesa Arts Center, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Riverview and Sloan Parks, the Arizona Museum of Natural History, Tonto National Forest and the Salt River for kayaking or tubing. Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix and the mountains are easy to visit on our modern highway system. Convenient and well appointed condo awaits your arrival. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The TV in the second bedroom is for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
