The backyard provides an exciting private oasis with amenities that include a pool with optional heating, propane fire pit, putting green and a covered patio with a gas grill, dining furniture, TV and corn hole game. Guests can help themselves to the seasonal fruit on our pretty citrus trees. The Superstition Mountains in the distance enhance the overall picturesque setting. ~ QUIET & PEACEFUL ~ Situated in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood, this home is conveniently close to spectacular sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. The outdoor adventurer has easy access to natural attractions such as Apache Trail and Usery Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking opportunities and the Verde and Salt Rivers for water recreation. There are many golfing choices to include the popular Coyote Run and Apache Creek courses. Cubs spring training in Sloan Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale and the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert are nearby and offer exciting experiences in the rich and diverse East Valley. Home is also close to our annual Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace. ~ DESIRABLE DETAILS ~ In addition to prime location, this home is spacious, well appointed and possesses many upgrades. The great room is bright, cozy and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable seating for many and a large smart TV for streaming. The modern and bright kitchen is well stocked for easy, stress-free meal preps. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your choice of gourmet roast. There is bar and table seating with views of the exquisite enclosed backyard and pool. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. ~ THE LAND of NOD ~ The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy for a family or couples. Generous primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet and private bath with a tub-shower combination. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bathroom 2 includes a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Additional appealing features to enhance your comfort are a dedicated laundry area with detergent and one garage space for a vehicle plus your recreational gear. There is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway as needed. ~ A CHERISHED KEEPSAKE ~ Our guests love this delightful home in a spectacular area! TPT Tax License 21330405 ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~ The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
