Veterans Oasis Park in Chandler is close and offers paved trails and wildlife sightings such as Jack rabbits, quail and Roadrunners. The great room has newly arranged cozy seating for many and a large smart TV. Pool and game table in adjacent area provide friendly competition for guests. Wifi is complimentary. The modern and bright kitchen is well stocked for stress-free meal preps. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Bar and table seating include views of the enclosed backyard and pool. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The garage has one space for your car and recreational gear; there is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There is a Tesla charger in the garage. ~ CLASSIC SLEEPING CHOICES ~ All bedrooms are upstairs; the split bedroom floor plan affords privacy for families or couples. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a private bath with a separate shower, luxurious garden tub and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan; the third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds, smart TVs and ceiling fans. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share the second bathroom which is upstairs and features a tub-shower combination. A powder room is conveniently located on the first floor. The well stocked laundry facilities allow you to pack less yet have the wardrobe you need for your next adventure. Laundry detergent is provided. Looking for the classic vacation? TPT License 21114258 ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~ The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. ALL TVs are smart for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
