~ SURPRISE ME WITH TEQUILA ~ Welcome to TEQUILA SUNSET, our 3,081 sq ft, 4 BR, 2.5 BA, one story home in Surprise, AZ! The backyard offers a peaceful setting with a pool with optional heat and the most amazing views of the White Tank Mountains. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Plan romantic interludes with your significant other in the hot tub. The gas grill will please the outdoor chef; a wood burning fire pit will warm you on chilly evenings when no burn restrictions are in place. Wood can be purchased at local grocery stores. You won't want to miss our famous and brilliant sunsets from the amazing backyard oasis! Gather in the cozy great room to watch the large smart TV, plan your next outing or play pool on newly added pool table. Large sliding doors add natural lighting and permit access to the patio and pool deck. Adjacent and open to the great room is a game room with foosball and air hockey tables. Game room seating gives onlookers the chance to cheer for the winners. Wifi is complimentary. The kitchen is completely stocked to include both Keurig and drip coffee machines to brew your favorite roast. Island seating is ideal for sipping morning coffee or quick meals on the run. A pantry provides space for your vacation supplies. A dining room offers table seating for 6 for more formal meals. Highchairs are available to rent. ~ DREAM of SWEET SURPRISES ~ There are TVs, ceiling fans and storage space in ALL bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, electric fireplace and desk with chair for your remote work. The en suite bath features 2 vanities with sinks plus a garden tub and walk-in shower. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds; Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Bathroom 2 is shared by Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 and features dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. A powder room is conveniently located for visitors and swimmers. The laundry room with family size washer and dryer is stocked with laundry detergent. There is garage parking for 2 cars and a driveway space for one vehicle. ~ LET US SURPRISE YOU ~ Surprise is a family friendly city in the northwest Phoenix Metro area that offers a variety of appealing activities. Surprise Community Park features a child friendly playground and more. Visit Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park, a 215 acre zoo and aquarium in Litchfield Park for exciting wildlife education and adventures. White Tank Mountain Regional Park offers all levels of hiking and biking trails and natural desert scenery for those who love the outdoors. There are also local festivals, art galleries and community celebrations for guests of all ages. Shopping, dining, concert and theater choices allow guests exciting opportunities found only in a thriving metropolis. Use the modern highway system to visit Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and many other exciting destinations. For our sports enthusiasts, Surprise is home to the southwest's largest tennis and racquet complex, golf courses and an urban fishing lake. During the spring, Surprise hosts the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers for the Cactus League Spring Training. Surprise Stadium offers the ultimate in baseball events: minor league play, high school and college tournaments and professional baseball team play during the Major League Baseball season. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
