~ MAGICAL in MESA ~ Welcome to MESQUITE MAGIC, our one story, 5 BR, 3 BA home with exciting backyard amenities. Treat yourself to a splash in the lagoon pool with optional heating, a luxurious soak in the separate spa or relax on one of many chaises or cushioned chairs on the covered patio and pool deck. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Enjoy your favorite grilled cuisine from the propane grill and the warmth of the gas kiva fireplace when the evenings are cool. For our golfing guests there is a putting green to warm up your shots before heading to one of the many local golf courses. Bikers will enjoy touring the community's trail system and beyond on the 4 bikes at our home. All of this in a beautiful and peaceful setting will help you create lasting vacation memories. ~ FABULOUS & FAMILY FRIENDLY ~ Our well appointed home features a spacious floor plan with large windows that offer natural light and appealing views. A dedicated game room includes a pool table for friendly competition, arcade games, comfortable seating for onlookers and a smart TV for streaming your apps. The double faced fireplace warms both the game room and seating area of the great room. Wifi is complimentary. Plush seating in the great room makes your TV viewing and supervision of the backyard paradise comfortable. The modern and completely stocked kitchen opens into the great room and has a double oven and gas cook top stove. Prep and serve home cooked feasts with ease. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. There is island and table seating with views of the pool deck. Highchairs are available to rent. ~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT ~ The bedroom floor plan is split and ALL bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans and TVs. The primary suite also has a sitting area and private door to the pool and spa. A sumptuous garden tub and walk-in shower plus dual vanities and a walk-in closet are appealing features of the en suite bath in the primary suite. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the game room; Bedroom 4 has a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 which features dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. Bedroom 5 has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack N' Plays are available to rent. A well stocked laundry room makes it easy to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. There are 2 garage spaces for vehicles. ~ AN ARRAY of ACTIVITIES and ATTRACTIONS ~ The community is one of the most premier communities in the country and is a fabulous getaway for the whole family! Amenities include a golf course, heated lap pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking and biking trails and a spa (by appointment). Mesa and the surrounding area is a GOLFER'S PARADISE! There are 7 courses within 6 miles of the community and many other award-winning public courses are a 15 to 45 minute drive from the neighborhood. Mesa also offers a rich assortment of museums, multi-cultural eateries, unqiue shopping experiences and recreational activities. The Las Sendas community is minutes from hiking and biking trails, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Saguaro Lake, the Salt River and Tonto National Forest. ASU and Sky Harbor International Airport are a 20 minute drive. The modern freeway is easy to access and provides short commutes to Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert, the mountains and more. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per day, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum. ALL TVs are smart TVs and not satellite or cable serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
