Cancellations
- Free cancellation period: You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- Standard cancellations:
- 14+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the total nightly rate and cleaning fees; taxes and mandatory fees are refunded in full.
- 7–13 days before check-in: 25% refund of the total nightly rate; cleaning fees and taxes refunded in full.
- 0–6 days before check-in or after check-in: Nonrefundable.
- Nonrefundable rates or special offers: Not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
Date or Guest Changes
- Changes are subject to availability and any difference in rate or fees.
- Requests made within 7 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and re-bookings.
Cleaning Fees, Taxes, and Optional Fees
- Cleaning fees and taxes are fully refunded for cancellations made before check-in.
- Optional add-ons (for example, early check-in/late checkout) are refunded if not provided.
No-Shows and Early Departures
- No-shows and early departures are nonrefundable.
Security Deposits and Damage
- Security deposits (if applicable) are authorized prior to arrival and released after inspection, less any charges for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
- We will provide an itemized statement and reasonable documentation upon request.
Travel Interruptions and Force Majeure
- Events outside our control (for example, severe weather, utility outages, government actions) may require changes or cancellations. If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for unused nights or an option to rebook when available.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
